All 3 starters are great and I have no doubt they'll all be competitively viable.
Barraskewda who is mono water has absolutely absurd min max'd stats and a scary movepool.
Phalanx or however its spelled looks good too despite being mono fighting.
Of course some mono types this gen got fucked over, Sandaconda being one of them. Completely shit stats.
