There is both logic and circlejerking involved in decisions, mostly because what "overcentralizing" seems to have its definition change each and where the line goes and every fucking decision. Fuck with "Old Metas" they flat out has a mission statement they they will keep things as static as possible even if problems arise so players who dropped those Eras can drop again in without doing research.
