Probably bad Defense IVs while it has 31 Sp. Def IVs since legendaries get at least 3 max IVs. It also has Mild for its nature, which lowers Defense.

That doesn't change that 100 BP STAB at +1 off 155 attack OHKOs all offensive Ubers, 2HKOs bulky Ubers and the STAB combo is lethal to Xerneas, Yveltal. Lugia can't touch it because of the Steel typing. That is worse than Mega Ray.

I figured if anything zacian might be faster then zamazenta, but its prolly not the case. The spread you suggested checks out, tho if zacian can OHKO most uber mons currently, I kinda wonder what zamazenta can wall with his boosted defense

you could still run the steel type moves for xerneas, but the extra speed puts it above mewtwo X and mega gengar
the +1 defense cucks timid 252 mewtwo Y psystrike, but doesn't have a lot of use that I see.
