Am I the only one who hated the idea of legendaries being available in other games?

I mean, I get that it's quite a leap to buy a gba and pokemon game off ebay just to get a legendary and transfer it over, but that's what I liked about them.

USUM kinda hit the nail on this with the portals taking you to almost every fucking legendary.

There was also that year long giveaway of every legendary as well.

I remember how fucking mind blowing it felt to get a legendary, like when I got manaphe and phione through some unga and bunga, as well as getting a soul silver off ebay and it had 4 copies of EVERY legendary and a bunch of shinies up to gen 4 (he had pics of a shiny lucario but i cant find it!!! >V<)

Point is, I miss that intimidating and mysterious aura unobtainable legendaries once had.
