Can someone tell me if some leaker said something about IVS in SS? Will we have bottle caps again? If yes, will lv. 100 be required? And will they be easier to obtain?

The leaker has explored all postgame shops and he only mentioned bottle cap and nature mint. Gold ones might be some kind of rare item like how exp candy drops from max raid battles.
