This franchise is still too violent for the average consumer. Most people only care about intimate features like Camping and battles only get in the way of the story and adventure.
I propose that all future Pokemon games function like Pokemon GO, from catching Pokemon, to stats, everything.
It would be just like Pokemon GO, but with an adventure attached to it. This is the universally accepted and most financially viable way to play Pokemon.
The final step is to remove battling, a cumbersome, dated feature.
