Baiscally 2/3 of the pokemons ot cut.
They cut a shit ton of popular pokemons but left shitmons like garbodor and basculin in.
They are somehow confused that people are angry at this.

Green: It is In.
White: It is Cut.
Orange: Starters/Legendaries/Mythics/UBs that are Cut.
Grey: People are arguing it might be in but no leaker seen it due Mythic because they tried passing Meltan and Melmetal off as a Gen8 Pre-view mon when it was revealed, so it would be weird if it wasn't.

I made it for shits and giggles but after i finished i realized how hilariously top heavy the remaining "white" slots were.

I think they will probably "invert" if they go the Sinnoh Remake route, Much Gen1-3 (4 obviously being all available) availability, hefty Gen5-8 "cuts" (BUY SwSh GOY!), Possibly Sinnoh Forms of Unova/Kalos/Alola/Galar Pokémon retconned in ala HOENN MEGAS, Legendaries still restricted all around (Not like Sinnoh needs more Legendaries then its native "Pantheon" honestly).

Well, considering what we seen of Galar Paleontology i think we can probably see those Pokémon not getting a Galar Loicense is due not being considered "Real" Pokémon by the Galar State. Conversely it would make sense that the Galar Fossils probably won't be legal in other Regions.
