A Charmander that can Gigantamax is given to you after defeating Leon and no you cannot use it to breed more Gigantamax capable Charmanders your only hope for multiples is to win one in a max raid battle, as in you'll have to catch before the other characters or human players do.
It's gonna be a fucking mess, expect discord and community drama when teaming up with non human opponents to tackle a max raid Gamefreak puts out over the course of the game because as they showed us at E3 you effectively have to ask the other human players if you can be the one to capture this specific pokemon
On the bright side the ability to capture comes after fainting it in battle so no trolls can faint it as a fuck you to those who want it
