I mean, yeah, I don't see how else they'd do it. The format that cuts out the dex would be labeled the "official" one to mirror the actual game. Most people are going to be drawn to the Nat. Dex one anyways.

It makes sense really. Smogon has always based OU on the mainline games and what was available. I'm grateful though that they're making a separate tier to replace what we can't do on cart though.
