Out of the big three console publishers, Nintendo is the only one whose games are somewhat challenging. Even an "easy" Fire Emblem is harder than 90% of the games Sony puts out.

Can you imagine if Nintendo hadn't delayed Animal Crossing and it was still releasing late 2019? Given what a disaster Sword & Shield have been Animal Crossing probably would have slaughtered it, that's probably at least part of the reason it got pushed back at all.

Animal crossing got pushed back because it never has and never will get 1/16 of the attention Pokemon did. It's an acceptable loss, just like Metroid
