Take in your switch, offer an employee a hundred bucks to let you use the cartridge long enough to dump the game. Don't get a manager, get a low level dickhead who looks cool (not a woman, not a white dude with glasse), hang out and dump the XCI to your SD card in-store and give the cartridge back.

If they are nervous, assure them they can hang out with you the entire time you're downloading the data. Be a good salesman, make them feel like they're sticking it to 'the man', and be friendly. Nobody will know, no merch will be missing, and they'll be up a hundred bucks for no work. Win/win.

It wouldn't release in Europe today. If people weren't able to get it at 9 in the morning they won't be able to get it at 7 in the evening. Same for the US, if you can't get it when the store opens you can't get it at all that day.
