I first saw it way back and thought it was great we got finally a cool tiger mon and didn't think anything deeper of it, figuring we'd get plenty of art of it being badass, prowling in the wild (tiger, right?), all that stuff, you know?....not what happened eventually. Thank fuck Smash and even Alola League episodes turned perceptions around for it.
