I didn't save it but there was a Mr. Rime redesign somewhere that did a much, much better job of naturally incorporating the clothing into the design naturally.

I'm pretty sure that Mr. Rime is supposed to be a silent film actor (Charlie Chaplin, specifically) but that's such a logical thing for regular Mr. Mime to evolve into that I question why they bothered attaching this evolution to a regional variant, let alone one that's just an uglier, Ice-type version of Mr. Mime.
Personally I would have given the whole Galarian line a totally different theme from the original, like The Phantom Of The Opera or something.

Mr. Rime looks good. Maybe the wing hair looks a little off on both of them, but Rime is fine. icy Mime looks alright to me too, his mittens are so small compared to his usual huge fingered gloves, but I guess that adds to this new goofy look. I didn't like them initially but now I do, and I hope we see another form of Mr. Rime someday.
