Nah, I think Incineroar is ugly as fuck is USUM, but I like him in Smash. (Although he can feel like a shitty Little MAC with the weaker damage and the only slightly better aerial.)

Little Mac's Aerials are nonexistent levels of bad.
Incineroar's Aerials are all among his best moves and would be good even on some of the better characters in the game.
Incineroar's recovery is shit, but his aerial game isn't.
