Cursola's likely Shield exclusive as well in addition to Ponyta. Supposedly the item to get Appletun is exclusive to Shield or at least more prominent.

Stonjourner and Eiscue are assumed to be version exclusive counterparts since they're right next to each other in the Dex, Shield leaker hasn't seen Stonjourner, and match the types of Melony and her son.

I think Mime and Darmanitan are also exclusives. Mime being in Shield.

Pretty sure Leakerchad gave us Rime's stats so either a trade or not exclusive. Darmanitan though hasn't been seen so that's likely exclusive

I think Sword and Shield leakers both saw Mr. Rime. This seems to fit perfectly:
Darmanitan:Rapidash
Sirfetch'd:Cursola
Stonjourner:Eiscue
Flapple:Appletun (hopefully it's the ITEM that's version exclusive and it doesn't function like Rockruff or Cosmoem)
