The whole regional dex fiasco on Game Freak may still keep going, but i’m going to stop this once and for all.
Game Freak is not the entire company to blame. They rushed it because of the ACTUAL company itself, The Pokemon Company.
Think about this... they gave Game Freak 3 years to develop the games. Don’t blame Game Freak because of their decisions to poison the games, blame the pokemon company for rushing them to make the games.
The reason why the entire company should have blame placed on it and not Game Freak is due to something very overlooked by the Pokémon Community. The entire company has been awfully strange this year. Back at the 2019 Pokémon Press Conference, They mentioned products and projects such as Pokémon Home, Pokémon Go Plus, Pokémon Clothes Lines, etc. but what makes this whole thing strange and confusing is that there was barely anything about Pokémon Sword and Shield, nor any mention of the core series games in whole. Instead, the focus of the meeting was to showcase mobile projects. All of them, mobile products.
Also, Game Freak no longer has an interest in producing Pokémon Titles. That’s also is the reason why they made Little Town Hero in the first place. And when you look deep at it(not that you care anyway), Little Town Hero’s graphics and gameplay look much more polished than what we saw in the Pokémon Sword and Shield trailers. Game Freak is now more willing to develop Independent Video Games instead of making the mainline games for the Pokémon Franchise. It's the sad truth, everyone. It makes complete sense now that Game Freak wouldn’t put the effort into programming all Pokémon into this game, Especially due to their lack of care for the games and Pokémon Company’s refusal to delay the games. Game Freak just want to be themselves.
