A fast kitten with headlights for eyes, tires instead of feet, and a bumper at the end of its tail. Has racing stripes and programmer socks on it.
Bugapord
Steel/Normal
Having an engine for a brain, it consumes other pokemon for fuel, entrancing them in the headlights it sees with. The front "paws" have increased traction in the snow, while the back paws provide much of its speed. The programming socks have evolved as well, attaching themselves like pantyhose to the trunk, which acts as a pocket for recently hatched Porscitty
