Yes, it is. All the shitmons that /vp/ latched onto are in: Maractus and Stantler. But Mewtwo and the Kanto starters (sans Charizard) didn't make it. In fact, Kanto is the region with the least surviving mons. /vp/ was, once again, wrong.

He's the first artificially created pokemon and that alone makes him interesting, couple that with his cool character in the first movie and he's far from bland. Maybe you're right though,they should have just made him a Dragon/Ground Reality warping chicken with jewels and sharp edges instead, he would have been so much cooler that way.

I meant IRL not in pokemon but even then I'd still be wrong because of Porygon. Even then that fact sets porygon apart from the other normal pokemon too. It's a unique and interesting trait, the same is true for mewtwo.
