I never realized Kanto had so many shitmons. I'm actually struggling to get through this game. The only usable Pokemon I have is my Eevee.
Maybe I'm retarded, but I had an easier time with USUM than with LGPE so far.
Anyway, I just made it to Koga's gym, anything good to catch around here?

You can make any pokemon usable in this game. Feed your shit mon candies and they'll be decent enough to beat the AI. Even without candies if you use any of the starters or most of the final evos you will be way OP compared to the AI teams. I remove the pikachu and eevee from my team everytime in this game.

There are plenty of Pokemon to use that aren't weak that you could have by now. Nidoking/Queen, Gengar, Alakazam, Golem, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Gyarados, Lapras, Snorlax, Dragonite, Venusaur, Blastoise, Clefable, Exeggutor, Starmie....
