Dragapult gets banned after a few weeks or months
Arrowskuda may get banned after a few months of play if rain proves to be too centralizing like in Gen 5

Don't think we'll have a tier lower than RU this Gen.

I can see Dragapult potentially being too good, but as far as we know, Barraskewda gets walled by toxapex and its also extremely frail. Maybe it'll get something besides liquidation to sort of deal with it, but until then, I can't see it banned.

There's no way Galar will have RU or PU. Gen 4 with a 493 Pokedex only had Uber/OU/UU/NU, Gen 8 with a 400 Pokedex won't have more tiers then that.

Good offensive stats, Swift Swim, and Close Combat to bust Ferrothorn. It's shaping up to be a decent rain pick, although it's frail and we don't know what the rest of its movepool looks like (SD? Zen Headbutt for Toxapex? Crunch or Ice Fang for Dragapult?).

Stats aren't accurate, they are a reference being deduced through screenshots. We don't know the ivs of leakchad's pokemon or how many evs his story ones had. We don't know every learnset nor every ability they have, let alone hidden abilities. And we don't know how many of them learn new moves or new tutor moves.

With Dynamax and Pelipper, this pike will ruin the character diversity in the VGC just as Incineroar did in Gen 7. Especially if it learns Crunch, because Trick Roomers will become obsolete, except Focus Sash Mimikyu.
