I don't think they would incorporate Arceus into the DPP remakes, they never did the Azure Flute event despite it being programmed, because from a logical standpoint, an encounter (and capture) of literally god may not really work lore-wise. You could bet your ass they will throw Platinum out the window and incorporate Giratina into a "Platinum Episode" of some sort though.

I'm not gonna make predictions, because we know it will just be Diamond & Pearl in Sword/Shield style with a Giratina episode at the end. Whatever. What I want would be:

Auto-type: Arceus automatically changes form to whatever type would ensure they take the least amount of damage when targeted by a move. Changes type to whatever typing would do the most damage whenever targeting an opponent's pokemon with Judgement

They made Deoxys available normally in ORAS, and given all the multiverse shit in Pokémon now Arceus isn’t as ‘special’ as he used to be. Incorporating him into DP remakes would be a good opportunity to bring his lore more into line with the newer stuff too.

Make Arceus the first tri-type Pokemon by allowing him to hold up to three plates at once. Granted you'd have to be careful with what types you use, as you could easily open up more weaknesses than resistances.

Haha sure. We’re lucky that Mega Evolution lasted two gens, Z-Moves only got one. Imagine if Dynamax and Gigamax were SS only and didn’t even survive into the next gen 8 game.
