I don't see the fun about catching pokemon i don't even like to use.

I used Lugia when I was hunting for treasure, since you usually need to pack a lot of utility pokemon with thief, frisk, and so.
So they are all usually weak mons, and to cover for that you can just counter with a few overpowered ones.

It's what I suspect to be, except SWSH will be 'finished' games. Move tutors are in, the third legendary have a relevant role, and there are proper gym leaders rematches.

When I said fun I meant having more things to do... like finding the legendary trios... the stories with all the tapus... unlocking all the Regis.. and then in the next game using them to unlock the big boy... the keldeo Story using the other three... Giratinas distorsion world... the story line behind Cresselia and Darkrai... and the rest of them.. all make the game better.. something to do after completing the game...
X and Y gave you access to a mewtwo and that was it pretty much

i'm fine without the legendaries. Sure, I might've thrown a few of them in, but it makes more sense for foreign legendaries not to be present. The Kalos ones would've been acceptable.

Thank fuck there aren't a billion legendaries. It actually makes them feel special and distinct.
SM's dex was terrible because a quarter of the fucking dex was either legendary or an Ultra Beast.

The designs of the legendaries bother me the most, I think.

Because every other gen, love them or hate them, the legendaries at least had distinct and easily identifiable designs.
Even XY has
>Blue Deer, Red Bird, Green Snake.
Like, it's impossible to mistake one for the other.

And then you get to Sword/Shield and it's like

The only thing that sucked about Sinnoh's legendaries is that the lake spirits were all pure Psychic type. Why not give each of them a different secondary typing?
