Yes, but mecha kaiju. I won't get out of bed for just any ol' run of the mill kaiju. Speaking of good and bad design, the English name for its signature move, "steel beam," does suck. In Moon it's "do or die resistance," which is much better and fits the 50% recoil he takes.

I don't think it looks bad. Also, they were clearly trying to go for the same stiff, vertical posture of mechagodzilla while still making it look like a pokemon. It's a bit broad in the base, but I always thought that mechagodzilla was a bit too skinny so that's not a problem for me.

I think he's fine the way he is. It's a unique design that gives off a tough look.
His stats are even more amazing as well. He's fast, has great Sp.Atk and defense and when you pair that with STAB moves and Metal Sound. You have a German engineered mass terror.

5'11" is admittedly memeworthy, and I do wish it matched ttar at 6'11", but we're not going to get actual kaiju sized pokemon that aren't legendaries. I can make peace with that.

No, it doesn't. It doesn't have anything outside the angry anime eyes. The penguin has a giant block of ice on its head and without it it has no feathers and is constantly freezing.
