If the other form didn't exist and Eiscue was another "we will never see what it actually looks like" Pokemon similar to Cubone and Mimikyu, how would you feel about it?

Noice form doesn't have enough "cute" and too much "ugly". Ice-face is pretty cute, if a little bland. They went too much to the extreme in the forms.
Also, the could have gone full ahoge with the hair, instead of a single strand.

That'd be a neat idea, but not only it could scare predators, but also pray.
Maybe if it was smaller and more threatening-like. Or it tried to imitate the wildlife that usually preys on it.
