The models were created with a way higher quality than they needed to be for the 3DS so they wouldn't have to make them over and over for each new gen, the consequence being the 3DS shat itself in situations like this. It's a good thing now though, they saved themselves tons of effort for Sword and Shield. Haha...

yeah dude forget held items, real time clock, seasons, abilities, breeding, natures, physical/special split, 2 regions, and move deleters and reminders, and interacting with your pokemon in the overworld, battle gimmicks is where its at

I remember using this strat or something similar in the maison before homebrew was a thing. Was a good way to farm BP and get those ribbons.
