Too early to say if it will be Uber itself but you could definitely run it in Ubers with a Tyranitar kitted to beat Eternatus. Unshielded Zamazenta could give Exca trouble though.

True, Mold Breaker is better, but it can lead to some mind games with trying to guess if you're facing a Sand Rush/Sand Force.

A 30% boost in damage to a Rock Slide, Iron Head, or Earthquake can really hurt if they guess wrong
