People are gonna look at this and say that the employees don't deserve to feel good and that they should feel like the worst pieces of shit for the shit job that they did. what people don't understand is that when morale is low people don't suddenly want to work harder and better, in fact its make a bad product even worst (ie EA/ Activision) if they feel like shit they're gonna do an even worse job on the next game cause they're gonna saying to themselves "why even bother, everyone hates us, we can never get them back, i might as well quit, we'll reach their exspectations." If morale is raised then they'll work better. I'm not saying we should shower them with praise for everything they do cause that'll just promote bad habits and get us fucking nowhere but instead show that you appreciate the effort and give constructive criticism to the very clear flaws of the game. I mean PROPER CRITICISM not screaming "Holy shit this worst fucking pile trash I've ever seen in my fucking life! Neck yourselves you fucking lazy ass faggot niggers!" We gotta stern but fair give well thought out and proper explanation of what we like from the game what we don't. Then with good morale and proper list what people like and dislike we can hopefully get a btter game with next release.
