>>41020959The OU-mons will stay OU except for maybe Hawlucha as it might fall to UU or UUBL.
Pex and Excadrill might get banned, the Rapid Spin buff will probably be what pushes 'drill over the edge.
All of the UUBL Pokemon will go to OU, provided Alola-tails is in the game.
I assume Melmetal will be able to be transferred into SS, it will be OU.
As far as the UU-mons go:
Hydreigon could be as high as A+ in terms of OU viability. Max Dark Pulse has no switch ins. The removal of a lot of faster Pokemon, steels and fairies will make Hydreigon a force to be reckoned with.
Mamoswine, Mew, Mimikyu, Hippowdon, Bisharp and Gengar will be popular OU picks. Togekiss, Crawdaunt, Haxorus, Lucario, and Sylveon will be OU. Chandelure, Froslass and Quagsire might be in OU, if Chandelure could get Rapid Spin, it will be OU and very good in the tier at that.
The Nasty Plot Technical Record will be a huge boon to Chandelure, Reuniclus, Gengar, and especially Hydreigon provided they all get it.
Darmanitan might go OU due to a lack of fire types. Rotom H, Chandelure, Arcanine, Centiskorch and Cinderace are really its only competition.
Reuniclus will be OU and pretty damn good in it.
Arcanine might be OU for the same reasons as Darmanitan. Arcanine has less of an offensive presence but has a better movepool and always gets new tricks to use. It also got Play Rough in LGBT which could be a good coverage move for dragon types as a potential Choice Set with Play Rough, Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed, Close Combat/Wild Charge/Outrage/Bulldoze could be good.
Some Electric types like Galvantaula and Jolteon will probably rise in usage.
