At least if you have a hacked switch, there will likely be mods to turn off exp share, lower exp rates, increase trainer difficulty, activate dexited Pokemon (they will be in the code knowing Gamefreak), get rid of the level limits within the first couple weeks.

Let's Go had similar hacks available pretty quickly, so it's really just up to modders to poke around the code and change some values to make S&S less of a clusterfuck
