I don't really post here often but I just wanna get a consensus on how you guys feel the franchise will be doing in the next few years.

The impression I get is that normalfags will eat up Sword/Shield anyway and it'll still sell well, maybe even better than average (so like 17-18 mil I think) since it's the first "real" pokemon game on a home console. But then they'll be annoyed, disgusted or disappointed in it and it'll enter a decline. It'll survive on name recognition, but unless something drastic happens by 2025 these games will probably only be doing like ten million at most and by 2030 probably less than 8 million.
