Why is there two feminine looking starters this gen?

They dont really come off as female, but I'm tired of them trying to make these fucking things like digimon and more human in their highest stage. Rilla is the only one that looks correct from what the fuck he evolves from. Intellion evolves from sobble that just entered high school and drooled over the first goth he saw and Cinderace just reminds me of Lara Bunny without the sex appeal.
