I didnt really followed the news on SnS and I don't know the differences between the 2 games (like the legendary pokémons). So what are the differences and which one seems to be the best

There are not many difference. They are essentialy the same game, like usual, that have some minor difference that don't impact gameplay at all. If you wanna choose just get the one that in your opinion have the best legendary or look at the version difference. If you wanna stay spoiler free the official website have that list but with out spoilers.

Thanks for reposting my chart but looks like Toxtricity forms aren't exclusives (also I realized listing both Zacian and Zamazenta forms makes no sense if Eiscue forms aren't listed too, it's better to just put the base pokemon).
