We've had an entire decade+ of this internet death threat shit now from streamers, actors, YouTubers, musicians, podcasters, politicians, radio personalities, pornstars, video game reviewers, feminists, etc. We've gone down this road so many times now. How do people still not know how this goes by now? Have we not all learned as a culture that this never amounts to anything and isn't meant to be taken seriously? This goes way beyond Pokemon. The internet is not a new thing anymore and I just don't understand how have people not learned this.
If you or I became a famous e-celeb tomorrow, wouldn't you just know to expect death threats and mean comments and shit no matter what you do? It's just par for the course now if you're a public feature.
