I believe some Japanese players speculated that the Gen 7 Dex entries weren't done by Game Freak, because apparently in Japanese you can tell they were originally written in English.

However that has nothing to do with the spy theme and Inteleon doesn't exactly scream matured adult. Why is Inteleon even a spy? How does that relate to his prevolutions?

It looks like Inteleon is the Incineroar of this gen in that he’s not only the ugliest fully evolved starter but his evolutionary theme also emerges out of nowhere.

Idk, I personally think that the wrestling theme comes out of nowhere. I know there's Torracat's shitty dex entry about strong forepaws or whatever but nothing about that or its design really indicates it's going to stand on two legs and become Tiger Mask.

I actually didn't read Torracat's new entry, but the fact that they had to retroactively change it to grasp for straws at a connection to the wrestler theme actually speaks volumes about how out-of-nowhere Incineroar's design really is. Torracat having somewhat larger forelegs compared to its hindlegs is in no way a logical segue into becoming a pro wrestler.
