Despite it becoming cool to shit on X and Y, I feel that they weren't given enough credit for what they did right. Between the very capable online, all new 3d models, amie, and small but decent pokedex it really was a fair entry especially in light of this current gen which makes X and Y look fucking glorious in comparison.

Looking back how do you guys feel on it now or even before with your first playthrough? Personally its my most played game with 600+ hours because even with the lackluster post game the online community seemed to be thriving and it was super easy to start playing competitively with friends.
