Because soccer and percussion player arent very good themes in the first place. Spy Chameleon was the only good idea and they botched it.

nothing else is coming to mind, although goats could work as sheep for the zodiac and they have all kinds of inspirations to draw from, especially ghost or dark type. I have no idea how they'd want to do a horse.
