Because GF has no idea how to program a game with a half-decent lighting engine.

Notice how every single model is fucking overblown with white highlights on the edges? It's fucking incompetence.

Plenty of the Galarian citizens and Pokemon look better in-game, and in-motion, than on paper for some reason. That said, I still think plenty of the humans and Pokemon look cute or cool, Hop included, but I digress.
