Here's how to fix
>Invalid NCA (Might mean missing sigpatches or too low firmware)

Power off the device

Inject payload and enter Hekate

Select payload option and choose fusee-primary

After that you will boot to cfw and you can install the nsp, and it should work (assuming you have installed all sigpatches

I hope nobody else spends hours trying to install like I did before I found the solution
