I've actually started to like Incineroar after seeing Gen 8 designs
Intelleon and Duraludon are now crowned as the worst designs of this franchise

After seeing and witnessing Incineroar so much, it's only normal to suffer from Stockholm Syndrome symptoms. He's in this game too, so it's quadruple the syndrome (SM/USUM, Smash, SwSh)

Smash wasn't enough to make you like him up to this point? After smash Bros I have definitely accepted him, he's pretty based honestly. I really really like Pyroar so desu if I want a normal big fire cat I'm happy with Pyroar already. Incineroars unique wrestler take is pretty cool and when animated in an actual good game with love and care put into it he's very expressive and fun and he sounds cool.

I hate Incineroar in Pokemon but Smash has turned my opinion on him around quite considerably. It's amazing how much difference actual care and effort can go towards making something likeable, they did a fantastic job in Smash making him expressive and charismatic which in turn actually lets his dumb ass Cat Wrestler concept work.

I think Incineroar's design is mediocre. It looks particularly stiff in both official art and in game. That being said, I think Sakurai and even the anime team did a great job with it. Not the worst design ever by any means, I just have problems with it.
