Actually, no. Best starter will be Toxel, cuz fuck all 3 starters this gen, Intellion was so easy, a suit, sunglasses, ghost type, cua spy, but instead he's some disney reject pos, and so is Cinderace, Grookey's final evo is the only good one, and Grookey is complete shit, so for the very first time ever, I'm either boxing my starter, or everstoning a Sobble.

Even after hidden abilities he will probably still be fine, only issue is that the barracuda fulfills his role and better (swift swim, great coverage, only bad part is its slightly less bulk). I don't really know the full dex or its implications, but the cuts probably are going to make it so things we think are weak are actually stronger. Its power is probably going to be somewhere on the Primarina level
