This isn't zoomed in though. The game looks that bad from a normal viewpoint.

GF said they cut the dex for graphics , yet the graphics are horrible.

This. BW was the peak of the quality of the games as far as looks and has aged very well thanks to using sprites over models. As time goes on BW will still look good while XY, SM, and SwSh will look dated.
