Dynamax Hydreigon has no reliable counter play.
He can set up with Nasty Plot, Dynamax up and then fuck everyone. Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon and Hyper Beam is a combo only resisted by Lucario, Cobalion, Bisharp and Zamazenta. If Max Hyper Beam doesn't need to recharge and gets a modest 20 point boost to 170, it will wipe out pretty much any check to it after a Nasty Plot and while holding a life orb.
Earth Power is also great as there are no Pokemon that resist Dark, Steel and Ground. Hydreigon's Max Dark Pulse lowers the target's Sp.Def, so even the bulkiest of special walls will die after the next hit.
252/252+ Assault Vest Primarina is 2HKO'd by Max Hyper Beam after a Nasty Plot and leftovers and Hydreigon holds a Life Orb.
It takes a bit of set up and holding on to your Dynamax, so I don't think it's ban worthy. It can be stopped by strong priority, certain mons can wall it, just not switch into it, and it does require set up.
