Then you gently carress her face as she starts weeping before strangling her so hard she almost loses consciousness again. Then when she finally regains her breath, you've already left. I wonder how many hours she'd spend shaking and crying in bed. Of course she knows she'll get further punished in the morning for dirtying the bedsheets.
