9 different colors and I think 6 different accessories giving it 54 combos x 2 for shiny models plus G-max and shiny for a total of 110 forms for alcremie. Including the D-max models gives you a total of 218 Alcremie models.

We saw items in the datamines relating to strawberries, blueberries, clovers, hearts, flowers, stars and ribbons. We still have no clue what affects the colors or how we get these items though

Theres an NPC who runs a cafe in the city with the first gym, you fight him and he gives you the sweet. That's how I got the Alcremie pictured above.
