Curry was actually incredibly useless in BotW, getting Goron Spices was just not worth it.

In fact most Recipes were inferior to generic ones just just high powered base ingredients (IE: Hearty (For Yellow Hearts) or Dragon stuff (Maxes duration).

Still gotta support docked fags (like me), that is the big Catch 22 of the Switch. not that it matters since like anon said LGPE made it work with the JoyCon pointer (though i hated using it).

All I can think about is how this single picture has more detail than most overworld graphics SwSh. Maybe GF is just tired of Pokemon. If they want to make a cooking mama spin off I support them, just don't touch the franchise ever again.

I've never had curry so this weird autistic obsession with it is baffling to me. It's like the malasada shit that painted SM, only I was told those are basically donuts so I can sympathize with liking them a little, just not to the fucking cultural obsession level Alola has.

Curry is good and all (I guess I've only had standard amakuchi and chicken tikka if you consider it curry), and it's the most popular dish in Japan. But it's strange that every region has one and only one foodstuff (blocks(?), poffins, masala), barring the desert items. I don't want lazily done pizza and burgers, but some goddamn worldbuilding that wasn't so one-note would be great.

What I don't get is why they chose fucking curry making one of the few new features, but are unwilling to discuss the possibility of what the meat actual is (despite Pokemon eating Pokemon again in the dex). Why even invest the time if you're not going to run with it? Why not choose something else to work on?

Yeah, it's odd how they danced around the subject in an interview and hinted the meat might be mad in a lab... Then there's several dex mentions about pokemon being eaten by other pokemon and humans.
