Now that its confirmed that this item works on Sir'fetched despite the text. How about the other items for specific pokemon? Do they work when they evolve too? Anyone have a Pikachu with Lightball they can test with? Will a 100% Crit Rate make Sir'fetched meta?

Probably have knock off and then 3 high crit moves. Make him a revenge killer against set up defensive mons. But he might not be strong enough to OHKO even with the crit.

base crit chance is like 4.5%? maybe six, can't remember
+1 is 12.5%
+2 is 50%
+3 is always crit
stick is a +2 for farfetch'd and presumably sirfetch'd

also moves like night slash and leaf blade have +1 so they'd always crit with a stick, but if you want just plain better moves like brave bird and knock off they'll be 50%. You could play the 50/50 or just go safe with the crit moves with lower bp. Also crit damage is 1.5 now, so I'm sure some numberfag could figure whats optimal.
