Has anyone compiled a list of pokemon locations? How do you get the S/M starters?

My Planned team is
Wooloo (have it)
Zigzagoon
Octillary
Rowlet
Impdimp
frosslass

I just want to make sure most of these are available before late game.

Also for the love of god someone make a cheat so speed up the animations and movement speed.
