So what’s the deal with the penguin again? Aside from looking terrible, does it have a terrible ability and moves and stats as well?

it has a new ability that lets it take a hit from a physical attack, which then turns it into a form without the ice cube, that has 130 speed for some reason, and you can get the ice cube back if it's hailing

but also its offensive stats aren't really that good and neither are its moves and it still dies to a fire blast
