I am pleased with the removal of Pursuit.

What a cancerous and annoying thing Pursuit trapping was. I'm glad I don't have to deal with that bullshit anymore. Now if only they'd remove Knock Off and Sucker Punch as well or at least turn them into Normal-type moves.

Sort of I suppose. I do hate how Dark has these incredibly useful moves with both utility and damage, because it disproportionally affects Psychic. Pursuit, Knock Off and Sucker Punch turn into OHKOs rather than primarily using them for the item removal effect or to pick off a weakened opponent - if a Dark type wants to do that kind of damage, it should use Crunch or Dark Pulse.

Pursuit and Sucker Punch were never really a problem. Psychics were far more affected by the Steel infested metagame, which partially came about because of how good Dragon types were. Knock Off is completely cancer, however, since it is such a risk-free attack and completely invalidates one of the core battling mechanics. Thank goodness it didn't work on mega stones or z-crystals though! :^)
