You know, as much as I hate these games, one of the main reasons why is because of many QOL improvements have been put into it. All this stuff in a shit game. The games have tons of improvements. They are just bad games for other reasons

We've posted multiple routes and cities to showcase low quality textures and copy pasted interior rooms
Double Kick is far from cherrypicked. Go look at how Scorbunny's model literally doesn't move while it uses flame charge or whatever its called. It just gets dragged across the screen while on fire and there's tons of other 3DS tier shit like agility, charizard shooting a beam from its head, grookey shooting seeds from inside of its head, etc
The game with 150 mons had actual content that wasnt piss easy and held your hand constantly
The objectice "improvements" are just QoL for competitive, but its fucking useless. Know why? Because Gamefreak said they wanted to improve competitive then cut mons that would be good counters to bullshit like ferothorn and toxapex and then cut moves that are amazing in competitive like return and HP without telling a single soul. Not to mention they made QoL DOWNGRADES like needing a key item from some literal who NPC to change in game volume settings and not being able to catch Pokemon higher level without gym badges. If you're gonna make QoL improvements, then making downgrades in the same game makes those improvements null and void.

Several moves are like this. Double Kick is just one of many. Double Kick just seems particularly bad because it's literally just a small hop and a foot appears on the enemy, it's funny.

I haven't been perpetrating that, I don't know if it's true. It'd be another funny thing to add to the fucking mountain of flaws the game has, but it doesn't save the game if whoever said that was just bullshitting.

It seems kinda implied given that Bank cost money for less features. You'd be quite optimistic toward Game Freak if you expect them to store your pokemon and support trading for free.

The only reason that comparison gets brought up is because everyone defended LGPE by saying that this was the "low-effort casual game" and that "the next game is the one they'll put their effort in". And lo and behold, the next game is here, and now people are saying "Of course LGPE looks better, it has less pokemon!". All of this aside, I've moreso been comparing it to Sun and Moon, because despite how fucking awful Sun and Moon are they're somehow better games.

No lies here, it's really not as hard as non-programmers think. As someone who's casually into 3D modeling, a lot of people overestimate how much pretty much anything involving 3D modeling takes.
